RXSOL household products are dispatched from our Navi Mumbai warehouse to retail, distributor and direct customers. Delivery timelines depend on order size, destination and whether the order is retail, distributor or bulk/institutional — our team will confirm exact timelines and charges when you place an enquiry.

Returns & Damaged Goods

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and photos of the item as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.

Bulk & Distributor Orders

Return and exchange terms for distributor and institutional supply agreements are handled as part of the individual supply contract.
